The Campbell Center offers a wide range of recreational opportunities and programs for clients, including bowling, dances, special olympics, and much more.
The Campbell Center family members, friends, and volunteers sponsor a bowling program that meets each Friday at the Pickwick Bowling Alley, located at 921 Riverside Drive, Burbank. There is a weekly fee of $3 to participate in this program. Each client may bring his/her own bowling ball and shoes, or these may be borrowed at the bowling alley at no additional charge.
Clients are transported to the bowling alley by volunteers, staff, and Dial A Ride. Family members/representatives are encouraged to volunteer with transportation and supervision.
The bowling program ends at 3:45 p.m. Clients and family members/representatives are responsible for their own transportation arrangements home.
